"Sweet little gift for my sister"
I got this necklace for my sister’s birthday. She loved it. Big relief, honestly. I’m not the best at picking jewelry, so I was a little nervous. But it looked just like the photos.
The box was nice too. Easy to gift. Didn’t really need to add much. Pretty, simple, not too much. Just a really solid choice.

"Pretty happy with the bracelet"
I ordered a bracelet and it showed up looking pretty much exactly like the pictures, which was a relief. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, and I’m kind of tired of chasing updates or dealing with customer service in general these days, so that part was a bit annoying. But the bracelet itself is really nice quality, and overall I’m happy with it

My necklace showed up with a little problem with the clasp, so I reached out to customer service. It took a couple of days to hear back, but once they responded, they were helpful and sent me a replacement while keeping me updated along the way. It wasn’t a totally perfect experience, but I really appreciate that they fixed it. Overall, I’d still feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I had to return a ring, and the process was a little confusing at first. They did end up refunding me, so that part was okay, but it took WAY longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience overall, just wish it was a lot smoother.

"Refund went smoothly"
I ordered from lajoyajewelry.com and realized quickly that I had picked the wrong item, so I needed to cancel. From past experiences with online orders, I was expecting it to turn into a slow back-and-forth, but I messaged them anyway.
They got back to me sooner than I expected and handled the refund without making it complicated. The money took a few days to show back on my card, which is normal, but the whole thing was easy enough. Overall, it was a good experience.

I have super sensitive ears, i don’t have the patience to deal with earrings that make them red or itchy after a couple hours. I wore these La Joya earrings all day and had zero itching, burning, or irritation. They look nice too, but the main thing for me is that my skin didn’t freak out for once.

I should’ve known something was up when the pictures looked that shiny. The actual item was smaller than I expected and definitely not as glossy in real life. Not saying there’s a whole photo-editing operation going on here... but the listing photos were doing a lot of heavy lifting.
